There are so many great ways to decorate spaces.. kids rooms included.. Here are some of favourites. Be it a mobile, picture, wallpaper, chair or cushion they creat a great unique difference.. for someone totally unique! I just love this red chair.. You may have one on your deck.. what a great idea for a children's room..( in fact I love it all red lantern, fireplace.. what a great space!)

Teenage Rooms..

I was recently asked for some help with teenage rooms girls in particular.. They can be hard to decorate as not much caters for our teenagers.. it's either Nurseries/ Kids rooms.. then us grown ups!  ..One thing I do know.. is that teenagers certainly know what they like.. & don't like..& they'll tell you.. which for me.. I think it's great.. always good to know where you stand.

Monday & Cooper's New Room!

Ok.. After Cooper discoverd his Fire House.. that I was saving for his new room ( He was beside himself when he saw it!) .. I caved.. and set up room in his exsiting space.. old nursery.. Not as I planned .. But his new room none the less.. here it is.. What do you think?..

Playrooms!

I am a big fan of the playroom! I'm laughing as I'm blogging because BC ( Before Coops!).. my friends would all say how important a playroom is.. etc etc on the wish list in their next house .. me with no kids.. didn't get it.. after all isn't that what your bedroom was for?.. housing toys & playing in???Well it was when I was growing up!.. Anyway.. along came my Coop's.. Who like his things everywhere!.. and the lightbulb went on!.. Playrooms.. yes they are a designer's saviour in a family house!

For the love of Pale Blue!

I am hanging onto that last moment of Cooper's baby room before we do the back room up in Reds, Pale Blue and denium for his bigger room. The room is indeed a whole lot bigger so will serve as his room/playroom..

My Monday Post on Tuesday!!

Oh well better late than never hey?.. Busy week.. Hubby is away all week, and working fulltime with a toddler proves.. well interesting to say the least.. throw in house, 2 dogs & a cat that is more high maintenance than Cooper!.. The joy!!!

We will be glad to have Daddy back home at the end of the week.. then Mummy can fall in a heap!..

Bunk Beds!

I'm in love with Bunk Beds.

My girlfriend has her son & daughter sharing a room ( just the way her house has worked out!).. and it looks like bunks could be an option.. I have been on the lookout for some gorgeous ideas( very hard to find something for both bys & girls together!).. and it seems bunks are no longer daggy.. But very back in!.. Here were some of my inspiration pics, I would find it really hard to pick out of these.. I love them all.. Especially the multi bunk option!!!

Oh Yay!.. Cooper & Millie  is now on facebook!.. and the start of our range has just started to come in!..

I am so excited as this has been in the making for 2 years.. and dream for some 10 years!.. So here we go! Our website & online store will be on the way soon but in the meantime you can access our range on Facebook and through here our blog.

Cooper & Millie is all about creating gorgeous spaces for our precious beings ( the arrival of my son has sparked all this as I couldn't find what I wanted to decorate his nursery.) We will have something for everyone Bedheads, valances, cushions, lampshades & a few gorgeous gift ideas too!
